| The Overlook Information and Resource Center | |||
Is a free and confidential service provided to individuals and families who have questions or concerns regarding all aspects of healthcare and well-being. The Center assists with resources in such areas as home healthcare, medical supplies, caregiver assistance, nutritional assistance and general healthcare and guidance. Some examples illustrating the Center's support are: helping and elderly couple on Cape Cod locate and modify and external wheelchair ramp for their home, assisting a widow find homemaking services, connecting a family with hospice services for a loved one struggling with Cancer, and referring a couple to a long-term care insurance advisor to assist with estate planning. With one simple phone call, individuals are able to access the Overlook information and Resource Center, toll-free, at 1-866-657-7000 or via e-mail at lzaido@overlookvna.org The Center is staffed Monday through Friday, 8:30a.m. - 5 p.m. All information will be held in a confidential manner. |
