Jordan Lodge meets the third Wednesday of each month in the Salem Masonic Building, 70 Washington St. Salem, MA.

Saturday June 12, 1948 Jordan Lodge had 25 members “Travel in Automobiles” to Canaan New Hampshire to pay Summit Lodge #98 a fraternal visit. The Lodge was opened on the degree of Master Mason agreeably to the ritual of the Grand Lodge of New Hampshire. Jordan Lodge assumed the lodges stations amd performed the degree of Master Mason (Massachusetts ritual), to Brother Waldo F. Reed acting as candidate.

All of the officers and brethren of Jordan Lodge repaired to the home of Wor. Brother Chandler for a long social evening. They stayed at the Chandler home and the Cobb house.

On Saturday evening June 4, 1949 Summit Lodge #98, Canaan New Hampshire conferred one of their degrees, with dispensation given, in Jordan Lodge. New Hampshire ritual was performed and the Summit Lodge was opened on the degree of Master Mason in full form in Jordan Lodge. Most Worshipful Roger Keith gave dispensation. At that time the address for Grand Lodge was “The Masonic Temple,” 51 Boylston St. Boston.

On April 5, 1950 the degree of Entered Apprentice was conferred on Wor. Leonard William Kupreance who was received by the Junior Warden, Brother Ralph D. Broughton. Worshipful Kupreance receives his 65 year pin this June. Brother William Kostas Tsapatsaris was received by the Senior Warden Worshipful Irving H. James. Brother Tsapatsaris receives his 65 year pin this year. Brother George Frederick Gibney was received by the Master. Later, on June 21, 1950 these brothers as well as Robert Tolle Hoblitzell of Starr King Lodge were raised to the Sublime Degree of Master Mason.

On April 18, 1951 Worshipful James Charles Stathos was Raised on Jordan Lodge Past Masters Night. Four other candidates were raised with 15 past Masters in attendance that night.

On Wednesday February 4, 1953 Brother Thomas F. Parker, a member of Old Colony Lodge gave an address on modern firearms and displayed a number of guns he brought with him.

On Wednesday March 2, 1955 Worshipful Stephen Peter Themes was raised Long Form by Worshipful John Apostolides Jr. of the Pythagorean Degree Team of Jordan Lodge. 150 members were in attendance.
